Blogging Instructions:
Don't have a Gym Chat account yet?
1) Sign up for a Standard or Player Account (both are free) on Gym Chat at www.gymchat.com/signup.php
2) Fill in the sign up form and follow the instructions there.
3) You will receive an automatic email confirmation with an activation link to activate your account and start using it.

Have a Gym Chat Account and want to start blogging?
1) Login to your Gym Chat account from the top left of any Gym Chat page.
2) Once logged in, you will have a quick links menu now in the top left of all the Gym Chat pages, headed by your username. Mouseover this to get the drop down menu, and go to the "Blogs" tab.
3) From there, you can add blog posts!

Don't forget to email us with your username if you want your blog posts to appear here!
